From a young age I have been involved with real estate and accounting. My Grandfather started his CPA firm in 1948 and as the business expanded, he ventured out and invested in real estate. I had the opportunity to learn about accounting, real estate, and life from him.
In 2003 I became a real estate broker. Since then, I have been licensed and managed real estate brokerages in Florida, New Mexico, and New Jersey. Since 2008 I have worked for financial institutions providing property management and brokerage services. The process provides me with knowledge and experience that makes my team and I uniquely qualified to help you properly manage your assets.
We work closely with property owners, CPAs, and real estate professionals nationwide. Traditional accounting and bookkeeping firms like my grandfathers, work with many types of businesses, and focus on income reporting. These firms do not have the manpower required to manage real estate on a day-to-day basis. On the other hand there are property managers who can be expensive and thier primary purpose is to market and lease the property. As a real estate broker for 20+ years I am more than familiar with the lack of experience many "property managers" have with the accounting aspect of real estate management.
